Position-Based Training at KEE Training offers individualized coaching tailored to the specific demands of each athlete’s role, whether in football or cricket. The program includes customized technical drills to enhance skills essential for each position—precise passing and shooting for football strikers, or batting and bowling techniques for cricket players. Tactical positioning sessions will help athletes understand how to navigate the field or pitch in various game scenarios, ensuring they are always in the right place at the right time. The training also includes role-specific conditioning, focusing on improving the strength, speed, and agility required for that position. Athletes will receive ongoing performance feedback, including video analysis, to refine technique and positioning throughout the training.
